Store Manager
Lead a storefront location and its team of technicians and operators. Oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, ensure customer satisfaction, and report store KPIs to district leadership.
Requirements
2+ years management experience. Locksmith or service industry background preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Locksmith Technician
Perform residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services for customers across the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo. Respond to service calls dispatched through our CRM, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver excellent customer service on every job.
Requirements
Valid driver's license required. ALOA certification a plus. Previous locksmith or mechanical experience preferred. Must pass background check.
Dispatcher
Coordinate and dispatch locksmith technicians to service calls across the region. Manage job scheduling through our CRM, communicate ETAs to customers, and ensure efficient routing for the team.
Requirements
Strong communication and multitasking skills. Dispatch software experience a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
District Manager
Oversee multiple Premier Locksmith locations within your district. Drive revenue growth, manage store managers, ensure operational consistency, and represent the brand across your region.
Requirements
5+ years of multi-location management experience. Strong analytical and people management skills. Valid driver's license required.
Store Operator
Operate the storefront location handling walk-in customers, key duplication, lock sales, and basic locksmith services. Process transactions through our POS system and maintain store presentation standards.
Requirements
Customer service experience required. Retail or POS experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
